This discussion will chart the rise and making of America’s greatest president and how this virtually unknown, self-taught frontier lawyer came to preside over the defining incident in America’s history. The shaping of his mind and character will be discussed and the elements that formed him into the man who saved America from itself.

This course is open to guests of members.
