Audition workshops are a one-time classroom opportunity for both inexperienced and experienced performers alike. Participants will work with a CCT teaching artist on perfecting their audition. They will also cover important audition tips, how to format a resume and audition etiquette.

Students should arrive ready to present material outlined in the audition announcement and be dressed and ready to perform as if it were the actual audition – like a practice run!

CCT has scripts available to rent beginning three weeks prior to the audition. We highly recommend you read the script prior to the audition workshop.

If you are auditioning for a musical and having trouble choosing what song to sing, bring some options to the workshop and the teaching artist will help you decide.
