Aging isn’t easy! Christine Klein (68) knows firsthand that feeling worthwhile, productive, and vibrant can be a struggle as we age. A career researcher and writer, she relied on her research skills, collected advice from the experts, and talked to many people just like us to publish a book with the same title as this presentation. She’ll share what she learned about facing and overcoming some of the most common challenges in this stage of our life. In this fun, thought-provoking presentation plan to rediscover who you are, what you most enjoy, and how to overcome obstacles that get in the way of living the life you desire. You’ll leave feeling energized and ready to take action.

This course will be presented in a lecture format.

Christine Klein

Christine Klein spent her entire career as a researcher and writer, primarily in the field of medicine. She also wrote for The Cincinnati Enquirer and other publications. At age 68, her career winding down, she quickly realized that aging is a challenge. So she relied on her research skills and collected advice from many spunky seniors to overcome those challenges. She loves sharing what she learned. Finding Your Spunk in your 60s, 70s, 80s is her second book.
