This is a class designed to teach you the fundamentals of basket making using reed, seagrass, and pre-made handles. We will make an 8" X 14" market basket using a design that will help you to learn to read basket-making instructions and help you repeat the process if you find that you love making baskets. You will personalize your basket by your use of colors and how you shape your basket. The class is an in-person class, and you should bring a towel, a container to soak reed in, and your enthusiasm. I will provide the necessary tools and materials.
