Join Stephanie for four days as she guides students into the foundational truths behind masterful painting, truths that hold whether the subject is a portrait, a landscape, or a still life. You’ll work from the portrait, the representational painter’s most dynamic subject, but you won’t leave with a formula to copy. Instead, you’ll learn to see what your own work needs: where your instincts serve you, where they don’t, and how to close the gap. Stephanie has been recognized by The Portrait Society of America as an Award of Excellence Winner (2025) and a Finalist in the International Portrait Competition (2020-21). In addition, Stephanie has been recognized by The Hoosier Salon, The National Oil and Acrylic Painters' Society, The American Impressionist Society, The Oil Painters of America, The International Artist Magazine, and Southwest Art Magazine.

Rather than entering a traditional art program upon graduating high school, Stephanie began seeking out today's leading artists and apprenticing under them personally through workshops. During the intense four year period in which Stephanie was taking workshops as her form of training, her career began to blossom and she has been painting full time ever since.

In addition to her daily studio practice, Stephanie hosts an online life drawing group through Patreon and offers several tiers community engagement and teaching. She is known for portraits, landscapes, and a little bit of still life, and can be found either painting, cooking, or spending time with her young family.
