Intro to Costume and Character Rendering
Young Adult | Available
Costume design is an integral part of the theatrical experience. It sets the tone for the time and place in any movie, TV show, or stage production, while it lets us know details of a character’s personality before they even utter a word. And it all starts with a drawing on paper. In this class, students will create multiple distinct looks for characters of their choosing using multiple techniques and media, practice figure drawing, and learn how to create a whole world with an outfit.
