Whether students wish to paint a rustic sled in the yard or snowy stoop with a wreath on the door, they can use their favorite landscape photo in this one-day class to focus on painting small jewels. The day will begin with a short demonstration after which Joni will give plenty of individual attention throughout the rest of the day. Students will work on paintings 8 x 10 inches or smaller. Students may use their own photos or choose from those provided. Small paintings may end up as thumbnails for larger canvases, and often are less inhibiting, and frequently become the perfect image for a future holiday card.
