Buster is Vice President of Sales at Reckitt Benckiser (RB), a leading Global FMCPG manufacturer. Buster is originally from Tennessee, where he studied Supply Chain at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Buster brings a diverse background spanning across multiple functions, working with a variety of customers as well as brands from the FMCPG field. In 2004, Buster started his career in supply chain where he gained experience in customer service, forecasting, and transportation. After serving in various successful roles in Supply Chain, at both Unilever and RB, Buster moved to the Sales and Marketing side of the business in 2010. Previously, Buster has held the following positions, including Lysol Trade Manager, Sam’s Club Sales Director, and US Healthcare Trade Director. Currently, Buster is enjoying serving as the VP of Sales for the RB Walmart team in Northwest Arkansas.
