The classes aspire to be entertaining and interactive by framing educational material inside the course subthemes presented as (1) The History of Retail, (2) External Factors - The Five Senses, (3) Internal Factors - Psychology of Shopping, (4) Retail Organization, and (5) Retail Ethics and Compliance.
