This class is the first course of a Product Management Series. Providing the best solutions for customer problems requires art, science, and a lot of empathy.  In this class, we will learn why it is important to be obsessed with your customer's problem (not your product), dive into the components of a product strategy, and explain the skills it takes to be a great product manager.  Upon completing this class, you will have a basic framework for building a product strategy.
