Learn the art of portrait sculpture with New York Grand Central Academy Sculpting Instructor Charlie Mostow. Students will learn to capture the likeness of a model in clay. Beginning with “Block-In” technique and finishing with a highly resolved portrait sculpture. Closely study facial features – surface, form and anatomical structure. Learn to see three dimensionally and perceive the subtle nuance of Form. The Antique, Renaissance, and 19th Century references will also be covered.
