Use mixed media to make dynamic figure drawings that utilize bold textures, vivid color, and energetic lines. Our class lesson will focus on layering materials and creating visual balance and contrast. We will practice quick gesture studies based on basic art principles of line, space, and volume. Previous drawing experience is recommended. Materials include colored ink, soft pastel, and charcoal.
