Develop your understanding for painting light and reflection in watercolor by painting a series of small painting studies of gems, fruit, glass, and other reflective surfaces. Utilize wet and dry brush techniques to give your paintings the illusion of dimension and illumination. Paint the reflective light on many simple subjects and small objects including: glass, fruit, gems/crystals, and nature.
