This workshop will teach students how to draw animals and bring them to life with watercolor. We will cover basic animal anatomy starting with simple shapes and working up toward textures, movement, and emotion. We will explore gesture through quick sketches and longer studies. Using a combination of drawing techniques like pencil, pen and ink, and watercolor, students will learn to transform their anatomical animal drawings into life-like characters.
