In this workshop you will combine techniques in novel ways to create representational imagery, add architectural elements to encaustic painting and use graphic shapes and silhouettes to enrich your conversation with this beautiful painting medium. Work with masking techniques in addition to traditional encaustic painting practices—incised line, transfer paper and stencils to add sharp edges, clean lines and geometric shapes.
