Silverpoint drawing uses a silver wire to make marks on prepared grounds - it is, literally, drawing with silver!
In this studio class, you will draw from natural items such as twigs, leaves, moss, etc. You will learn how to prepare a ground for silverpoint and how to transfer a sketch to the ground. Then you will develop your drawing skills while experiencing the mysterious beauty of silverpoint!
Spring quarter 2020 classes will be held online.
