Fun, easy, at home printmaking through this one day online workshop!

Make original, postcards to send to your friends and family. All skill levels welcome from experienced printmaker to complete novice. Class participants will get one on one assistance in designing and carving their own stamps to be printed on as many postcards
(or cards) as they like, while enjoying a fun, summer atmosphere.

  • Cardstock for postcards
  • Paper for proofing designs (copy paper,
  • scrap, newsprint, etc)
  • Linocut or woodcut tools
  • Ink
  • Softkut or Easy Cut block (4 6 OR 5x7
  • inches)
  • Damp paper towel, grip mat or bench
  • hook to keep block in place during carving
  • Brayer (can be homemade)
  • Acrylic sheet or plate for rolling
  • out ink (can be from an old frame - be resourceful here!)
  • Palette knife, plastic putty tool,
  • silicon spatula, flexible knife (get creative if you can’t find the first option)
  • Sharpies or pencil
  • Rags, paper towels (general cleanup)
  • Diluted soap / water (general purpose
  • degreaser for cleanup)
  • Veggie oil (only if using oil-based
  • ink)
  • Easel or table top
  • Paper towels
