This plein air workshop meets up in a small group in Magnuson Park in Seattle. We'll find comfortable spots to socially-distance and work from direct observation of nature. Learn strategies to quickly block in a scene and interpret the landscape using shapes of value and color. You'll need a portable easel, palette, and oil paints. In the event of rain, the class will be re-scheduled to the following Saturday or Sunday. Note for fall 2020- Class size will be kept small so students can socially distance, masks required.
