Use your drawing skills to create compositions that deliver personal content through the use of visual metaphor. In this class you will develop strategies that translate individual experiences into imagery. Using figures and symbolic objects as well as the spaces that contain them, you will create pictures that communicate psychological depth and narrative complexity. Starting from sketches and digital compositions, the workshop will result in a large finished drawing of a personally significant subject.
