The Still Life: Collage into Painting
GGT Weekend Workshop | Available
LOCATION NOTE: This class will be taking place at our Georgetown Location.
In this 2-day workshop participants will engage in the process of noticing Value and Temperature shapes to emphasize Form and the Quality of Light. Collage will be used as a means for constructing dynamic compositions, and these lessons will be further developed and transformed into painted works on paper.
*Please come prepared with your Ink Value Sheets: Both with Black Sumi Ink for a scale of grays, and do the same with Brown Walnut Ink, for a scale of warm browns. See PDF for instructions.
