Character design is fun, and it's deep, you know? In this class we'll be studying the work of professional character artists, collecting reference, sketching rough concepts, and making our own excellent characters! We'll improve our skills through figure drawing and sculpting exercises, with the ultimate goal of creating a detailed sculpted character figure out of armature wire and polymer clay.
