The search for something greater than ourselves is core to the human experience. We are struck with the desire to reach for love, light, and transcendence. My artwork deals with the space between where we are and where we want to be. Often times we might feel that finding these things is not possible, but what we think is holding us back is usually superficial. The mundane seems to get in the way and take precedence, but what we seek is not so far away. I hope that my artwork encourages you to continue to search for something more.
I studied Fine Art and Art Education at the New Hampshire Institute of Art and graduated in 2018. In search of a more classical art education, I continued my studies at Georgetown Atelier, graduating in 2024. Since then, I maintain an art studio practice in the pacific northwest and continue the tradition of classical art by leading my own technique focused classes.
