Summer Sweet Treats in Oils

Weekend Workshop | Available

Instruction Medium: Oil Paint

Savor the colors and flavors of Summer in 'Summer Sweet Treats in Oil' — A delicious day of painting with Ashwini. We’ll spend the day capturing the irresistible charm of seasonal desserts, think scoops of ice cream, juicy fruits, and sunlit confections all painted in a bold, prismatic chromatic style.

Perfect for all levels, this workshop guides you through painting a single sweet treat from start to finish.

You’ll learn how to:
* Block in bold shapes and values
* Build up luminous color layers
* Infuse your painting with light, texture, and joy

A variety of beautiful, mouth-watering sweet treat reference photos are provided for you to paint from. Feel free to bring your own as well!

Enjoy a relaxed, creative atmosphere with plenty of individual guidance. Midday, we’ll take a lunch break that’s perfect for indulging in a few real sweet treats because what's a dessert painting class without a little taste test?

Come for the painting, stay for the color, community, and maybe even a cherry on top!
