Make a Short Animated Film

Do you have an idea you've been wanting to put to life? Do you have a story you want to tell?
This class will show you that an idea plus a bit of time is all you need to create a short animated film today. This class will help you see your vision come to life, using tools and processes used in the animation industry. Bri, the instructor, will help your idea fit within the time frame of 10 weeks, and she will then guide you and your classmates through the animation pipeline: story, style, character and environment design, animation, and compositing. Note: The class will involve some outside of class work. This can be mitigated by a discussion with the instructor (by choosing a less strenuous theme or goal for your animation), but do allot for at least 5-10+hrs outside of class-time each week.

Note: Teacher will be using Clip studio Paint Ex. This software features a 3 month free trial and is recommended for maximum ease in following course instructions, but is not necessary.
You will NEED Clip Studio Paint EX or another animation software, such as: Blender, Krita, Procreate. Photoshop can be used but will need to be paired with an editing software.
Drawing tablet needed.
