Tuesdays, Tuesdays, January 10 to April 25. No classes January 24 for the March for Life and April 11 for Holy Week.

Duration: 55 minutes, plus an extra 15 - 20 minutes on LAB days
Prerequisite: Biology, Part One or equivalent.
Suggested grade level: 9th to 12th grade

Course description: Prepares the student for ACT/SAT biology. Students are expected to take notes during class and ask questions. Notes will help with weekly quizzes, quizzes are open book. This Biology class is a general overview of high school Biology presented from a Catholic perspective. Students should have access to a microphone for the Q&A game at the end of class, as time permits.

  • Homework: Weekly vocabulary, reading, and quizzes. Approximately 1 to 2 hours per week.

Mrs. Hamilton teaches high school biology and health science. Christine Hamilton is a homeschooling Mother of 2 for 7 years. Graduate of Ohio University, BS in Biomedical Engineering and MS in Healthcare Administration. VIRTUS trained in Protecting God's Children and taught 3rd grade PSR for her parish.
