Phyllo is one of the tastiest, but trickiest types of food to work with in cooking. Learn how to make a savory and sweet treat with phyllo along with the tricks necessary for it to be a success in your own cooking. This event has a $5 supplies fee payable at registration.

Dr. Garrett holds a Ph.D. in international education from the University of Pittsburgh. She serves as the director of International Student Services and as an instructor in the International Studies and Communications Departments at La Roche. As a Macedonian in Pittsburgh, she is passionate about everything cross-cultural—education, literature, art, food/drinks and people.
