ChatGPT Skills for Everyday Life: A Guided Session

Special Event | Registration opens 5/1/2025 9:00 AM EDT

Whether you’re new to AI or looking to expand your skills, this guided, hands-on workshop will help you learn to work with ChatGPT in everyday life. You’ll explore how to adjust settings for maximum personal benefit, optimize your prompts, and organize projects into folders. Finally, we will discuss how to use ChatGPT to support a range of activities—from writing and learning to hobbies, planning, and problem-solving. Participants will follow along on their own devices, experimenting with prompts and sharing ideas throughout the session.

By the
end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Optimize ChatGPT settings and organize projects using folders;
  • Practice writing and planning tasks with the help of AI;
  • Experiment with ChatGPT in areas of personal or professional interest; and
  • Develop strategies for making ChatGPT a helpful, ongoing part of daily life
