In this three-day workshop, Mike will cover methods of posing and modeling the child portrait. He will also cover the anatomical differences to look for between adults and youth. The workshop is intended to help students find the issues to avoid and pointers to help them when painting the child portrait. This workshop will consist of brief demonstrations in order to exercise the objective and students will work from live child models for reference. There will be plenty of individual attention and critiques throughout the workshop.
