Margaret’s step-by-step method will help the student simplify the complicated. Students will explore drawing, composition, anatomy, proportion, value, color, and medium application. Emphasis will be on the model’s relationship to his/her environment. Students will work from a model the first two days. At the end of the second day, class will have a 15-minute photo shoot with the model to capture the model in motion in her environment, utilizing these photos to work from for the remainder of the workshop. Students may use phones to photograph the model but should work from something larger such as a tablet or hard-copy print. www.margaretdyer.com
