Creating Paintings that Speak: The Art of Design, Light and Story
Workshop | Available
This five-day oil painting workshop is for artists ready to create paintings that speak— paintings with strong design, emotional clarity, and confident brushwork. Through daily demos, guided painting, and critique, Steve Puttrich teaches how to simplify a scene, organize value and shape, and tell a visual story with purpose. Students will explore three key pillars: Design, Story, and Confidence - learning how to paint with intention and avoid overworking. Participants will gain honest insight, practical tools, and a reset on what really matters in their painting process. This workshop is about more than technique—it’s about making art that connects. Students will leave with stronger finished work, clearer vision, and a renewed sense of why they paint. www.steveputtrich.com
