Mosaic Art

Create your own amazing mosaic artwork in this hands-on studio class. Students will experiment with mosaic making from start to finish including prep, using tools & materials, designing, assemblage and grouting. Using glass and/or ceramic mosaic tiles and other "tesserae" on a frame, tray or other substrate of your choice (sizes vary), students will complete a mosaic to treasure!
- Supplies are provided with materials fee. Students may also bring found objects, trinkets, or keepsakes if they would like to include them in their mosaic.
Jennifer White
Jennifer is a local artist who works in 2D and 3D art forms. She enjoys creating art in contemporary cultural themes with recycled materials, resin, wood, clay, murals, collaborative art. Jennifer teaches all ages at our summer youth program and other youth programs. She holds a BFA from Arizona State University.
