FOREIGN POLICY ASSOCIATION’S GREAT DECISIONS
Justin Godchaux
3:00–4:15 pm | Wednesdays, September 25 through November 13
Each year, the Foreign Policy Association publishes Great Decisions, the longest-running, most comprehensive grassroots foreign affairs discussion program in the U.S. Across eight sessions, Great Decisions addresses one issue per week with readings and documentary films, followed by discussion among class members at The Learning Center. Topics in 2024 include Middle East realignment, climate technology, the U.S.-China trade rivalry, and the future of NATO.
Justin Godchaux enjoyed a long career in international business before retiring to Savannah to teach international affairs at Savannah State University. He has served for many years on the board of the Savannah Council on World Affairs and has worked frequently as a Great Decisions facilitator.
