Cases before the Supreme Court either reflect the most current of societal concerns or return to issues thought to be long settled but still problematic. Free speech in the Internet and AI era and the future of anti-trust law occupied the Court’s docket in recent months, resulting in rulings which serve as the basis for this seminar.
