The benefits of yoga are manifold and measurable: better balance and flexibility, increased strength and stamina, and augmented mindfulness and tranquility. Two dedicated instructors and TLC proudly offer gentle chair yoga to members and visitors, allowing them to glean the benefits to mind and body that the practice affords.

Kate Doran is the founder of chair yoga at TLC. She has been teaching yoga since 2005 and is passionate about the power of yoga to support physical and mental health and resilience. When she is not teaching yoga, she can be found fundraising for Hospice Savannah.

Needing an outlet to counteract the stress of an intense corporate job, Jenn Roelle began practicing yoga and fell in love. She committed to a dedicated yoga practice and found her passion and path. She is a student, teacher, and studio manager at Savannah Power Yoga.
