Three documentary films span queer experience from historic Black activism to drag culture and the interpersonal challenges of coming out as trans. After courtesy screenings prior to class meetings, leaders and participants discuss each film, emphasizing its historical significances, its cinematic choices, and the effects of each documentary on the individual and on society.
