The Foreign Policy Association’s Great Decisions is the most popular foreign affairs discussion program in the U.S. Eight brief videos and corresponding readings evoke guided discussion in each of eight class meetings. Topics in 2025 include “U.S. Changing Leadership in the Global Economy,” “International Cooperation on Climate Change,” “AI and American National Security,” “The Future of NATO and European Security,” and four additional themes.

Justin Godchaux spent his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, followed by a professorship in international studies at Savannah State University. He has chaired the Savannah Council on World Affairs and has facilitated numerous installments of Great Decisions and other discussion groups.
