The United States Supreme Court has undergone profound changes during the “Roberts Era,” both in terms of its approach to issues and the way it conducts its own business. By discussing the Court’s decisions in some key areas, while avoiding politics, this course promotes an understanding of these changes and their impact on the times in which we live.
