Does art mirror life or does life mirror art? This course focuses on the strengths, the challenges, the resiliency and the passion of young people. Each two-session unit begins with a feature film, followed by a documentary on the same theme the following week. These pairs of fictional films and their documentary counterparts provoke thought and conversation about the cinematic approaches used to bring these issues to life.
