What does “letting go” sound like? Close your eyes; inhale and exhale; feel that you can allow your chest to rise and fall normally. Listen to the sound and space in between. Where does it take you? Sound was used by the ancients to heal before technology existed. Like a gentle breeze flowing through each leaf on a tree, each cell and tissue is subtly revitalized, readjusted and restored with the vibrational resonance of sound. Enjoy an hour of meditation and peace, while sound healer Ruslana Remennikova plays sound bowls, chimes, harps and/or other healing instruments. This class may start with a guided meditation, breathwork or other mindfulness practices to drop you into a listening state.
