Contact Improv is an uncodified, partnered, dance form with a primary focus on bodily physics and bodily listening. This form of dance is thought of as a combination of wrestling, yoga, meditation, and swing dance. This class is both playful and acrobatic- meaning one will sweat! Participating in this class will be fun, and challenging, and encourage personal growth, interpersonal skills, and creative abilities across disciplines and in everyday life.
