In this course, students will explore the value and importance of art as activism in addition to writing in and about nature as a means to preserve and protect the world we have been so graciously given. Writing exercises and workshop discussions will explore writing about the land as well as rituals histories have engaged in throughout time as well as work inspired by travel. This class will commence in a reading and celebration of student work.
