Program Description

Learn to make a unique necklace using a decoupage, a decorative paper transfer technique, to create a beautiful shell necklace. The instructor will also instruct students how to create a cord for their necklace. A variety of paper-material will be provided for students to choose from.

No jewelry-making experience is required.
