Haunting Texts for The Living, The Dead, and Those We Remember
Adult | Available
Gather for a 8-week exploration of reflective writing. Through haunting texts that contemplate mortality, remembrance, loss, and the passage of time, participants will engage in guided writing practices inspired by the living, the dead, and those whose stories continue to shape our lives. Designed for writers of all experience levels, this Transformative Language Arts workshop offers a welcoming space for creativity, contemplation, and connection during the autumn season. Participants will consider how stories linger in people, landscapes, buildings, and the imagination, discovering how language can help us pay closer attention to what endures- and, in doing so, inspire us to live more fully.
- The material fee for this class will cover specialty materials for projects. Students are encouraged to bring additional journals/notebooks, pen/pencils, and reading glasses if needed.
