This one-day course introduces continuous process improvement based on Lean and Six Sigma techniques. Associates complete a short process simulation and then apply basic techniques to make that process better. Topics in the class include: 

• Introduction to continuous process improvement 
• Identify root causes of complex problems 
• Implementing basic Six Sigma projects 
• Aligning improvement projects with organizational strategy 
• Reducing risk 
• Improving customer service 
• Increasing quality, implementing better quality assurance 

At the end of the class and at the conclusion of the final run of the simulation, students will receive a Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification along with a LinkedIn skill endorsement for Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, Process Mapping, Data Collection, Root Cause Analysis, and Change Management.
