Full day course using process improvement methodology with teams of individuals working on situations from their organizations. Participants will learn the methodology while improving their work process and business results. Process improvement strategies will be implemented using the following steps: preparation, understanding the situation, improvement implementation and standardization and reapplication. Lunch and light snacks will be served.
Who Should Attend:
Work teams with a current issue they would like to address. The issue should be a work process that is done repeatedly, has several activities involved and typically includes several individuals/roles. Teams can vary in size from 3-8 people.
Benefits:
After using the process improvement methodology several times, participants will be able to return to their organizations and use the tools on their own. The teams will work on real issues and solve them during the course. The course consistently receives high feedback scores for hands-on training approach.
