Supplier relationship management (SMR) and supplier enabled innovation (SEI) can enable your organization to maximize the value of your organization’s interaction with its key suppliers. SRM is a procurement approach that challenges you to manage your key suppliers to unlock value and stay competitive. Based upon our research and experience we have developed a roadmap and a toolkit for moving to best in class. This course unpacks the toolkit and supports participants in the development of their own roadmap towards the frontier of best practices. Lunch and light snacks will be served.

Van Hoek, Ph.D., Remko

Remko van Hoek is a clinical full professor at the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas and an advisor to several companies on sourcing and procurement. He is also a visiting professor at the Cranfield School of Management in the UK and the 2018 Chair of the Board of Directors of CSCMP. He held supply chain and procurement executive roles in Europe and the US, with Nike and PwC and he was Chief Procurement Officer of the Walt Disney Company.
