The idea of cryptocurrency generates a wide range of responses. However, cryptocurrency can have unexpected roles, such as roles in law enforcement and crime investigation. Walton College Executive Education instructor Michael Oh provides a primer on cryptocurrency and a deeper look into how the local law enforcement community is building knowledge about cryptocurrency. Washington County Deputy Prosecutor Dylan Weisenfels will discuss cases where cryptocurrency was used to combat crime.

Oh, Michael

Michael graduated from Harvard with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He then went on to pursue an MPA in international development from Harvard Kennedy’s School of Government in 2003. He also received his MBA in international finance from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He currently works for The University of Arkansas as an adjacent professor of finance.
