Completion of the online component of this course is required prior to attending the in-person session. Refunds will not be provided for those who do not complete the course before attending the in-person session. Please bring proof of online completion, such as a screenshot or copy of online completion certificates to the in-person skills session. We will send a link to the online portion after registration.

 

This class will be a hands-on program resulting in a certification in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED. The cost of the course is $75. Guests are permitted. The cost includes the certification fee, materials to keep, and materials to use during class.

 

Michael Opferman

Michael Opferman (Opie) has spent his career in federal law enforcement. He focused on immigration, customs, criminal fraud, human smuggling and trafficking, among others. He is currently an adjunct professor for La Roche’s Criminal Justice Department. In his spare time, he teaches Olympic line fencing, chess, and defensive tactics. He is also an amateur photographer.
