SECURITY POLICY:

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY
: There are no refunds on membership purchases once the term begins. If you register for a class, camp or program with a fee, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee or $25 (whichever is less) if you cancel or reschedule within 14 days of the start date of the program. You will receive a 50% refund 7 to 13 days and there are no refunds if you cancel or reschedule less than one week before the start of the start of the program.

In the unlikely event that the CLL has to cancel or reschedule a paid event, you will either be fully refunded in the manner you paid or be able to reschedule. 
If you need to cancel, please contact the office at lifelonglearning@laroche.edu or 412-536-1026. Please leave a message - we will confirm receipt for the processing date.


PRIVACY POLICY: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site.
