Neuroscience and Well-Being: How Spirituality Affects Our Health and DNA

Special Event | Please email (lifelonglearning@laroche.edu) to register.

Cutting-edge neuroscience reveals that spiritual practices don't just nourish the soul—they

literally rewire our brains, slow cellular aging, sharpen cognition, reduce stress, and bring more

health, happiness and compassion into our lives. A beautifully crafted multimedia presentation

will explore the basics of brain science, how these simple practices work, and the myriad

benefits that result from introducing them into our daily lives.
